Cleaning And Sealing Products Block Paving & Pattern Imprinted Concrete Sealer is a high-performance, solvent-based acrylic sealer designed to protect and enhance block paving, slabs, and pattern imprinted concrete surfaces. With a high resin content, it provides long-lasting durability, excellent water and oil resistance, and helps bind jointing sand to prevent loss and weed growth.

Whether you’re looking for a natural matt, soft satin, or wet-look gloss finish, this product offers an option to suit every surface and style.

• Matt Finish – A subtle, natural appearance with reduced shine.
  ⚠ Note: Matt sealers contain less resin to achieve the flat finish, meaning they typically don’t last as long as satin or gloss options.

• Satin Finish – A smooth, mid-sheen look that gently enhances the colour and texture.

• Gloss Finish – A bold, wet-look effect that intensifies colour and provides the longest-lasting protection.

How to Apply:

1. Surface Preparation:

   • Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry, and free from algae, moss, dirt, and grease.

   • Use a leaf blower to remove loose sand from block paving surface.

   • Mask off any surrounding areas to avoid overspray or splashing.

2. Application:

   • Apply using a brush, sprayer, or roller (note: do not use a roller on block paving to avoid dragging sand across the surface).

   • Apply the first coat generously, especially on block paving to penetrate and bind the joints.

   • Allow 40 minutes drying time before applying a second coat at 90° to the first for even coverage.

   • Apply in temperatures between 10–22°C. Do not apply in hot or direct sunlight.

3. Aftercare:

   • Keep pets and children off the treated surface until fully dry.

   • Clean tools immediately with Xylene.

• Eye protection

• Respirator with ABEK P3 filters

• Protective overalls

Coverage:

Up to 7m² per litre, per coat – varies depending on porosity and surface texture.
